Privacy notice.

This notice explains what personal data Cronuss Consultants processes through this site and the diligence portal hosted at the same domain, why we process it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU/UK GDPR) where it applies.

Who we are

Cronuss Consultants (registered details in the site footer) is the data fiduciary / controller for personal data processed via this site.

What we collect

  • Marketing-site enquiries: name, email address, the contents of the matter you describe.
  • Diligence portal: where the firm has issued you portal credentials in connection with a transaction, we process your responses, uploaded documents, login activity, IP address, user agent, and timestamps. The scope and basis of this processing are governed by the engagement letter or NDA between the parties.
  • Server logs and security telemetry, retained for the period required for security and audit.

Lawful basis

For marketing enquiries: legitimate interests (responding to you). For portal use: performance of the engagement contract and legitimate interests in maintaining a complete audit trail of disclosures.

Sharing

Personal data is shared with our hosting and email infrastructure providers (Vercel and Supabase for hosting and storage; Resend for transactional email) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

Retention

Marketing enquiries are retained for 24 months from receipt unless an engagement results. Portal data is retained for the duration of the engagement and the limitation period thereafter.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to overriding legal obligations. Send requests to the address in the site footer. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies strictly necessary to authenticate portal sessions. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
